          Step 1: Attend a training session

          EcoSpark offers a Changing Currents teacher training session each season (spring and fall) during the school year. Our training will provide you with a detailed overview of the Changing Currents program, how to prepare students, select an appropriate site, and provide an overview of benthic macro-invertebrate monitoring protocols and benthic identification. Training sessions will prepare you for your workshop but EcoSpark staff will be there on the day of to lead your class through it.
